HAYB stands for "How Are You Brewing?", a question that defines their entire easy-going approach. They believe the world of specialty coffee shouldn't be overwhelming or stressful; instead, every cup is an invitation to conversation and fun. You don't need a ruler or strict rules to brew their coffee. Geek or beginner, their philosophy is that coffee is meant to be enjoyed your way, without the pressure.

A Personal Note: HAYB was Bart's first encounter with true specialty coffee.
