Filters

Paper shapes the cup as much as anything else in your setup. This is our shelf of filters for every method we carry: Hario V60, Chemex, Kalita Wave, and Moccamaster, plus AeroPress and Clever Dripper too. Thickness, weave, and bleaching all change how fast water moves through and how much oil ends up in your cup. Match the filter to your dripper first, then dial in the rest.

The Filter Fit

  • Exact Fit

Every filter here is sized and shaped for a specific dripper, so it seats properly and extracts the way it should.

  • Bulk Packs

Most papers come in 100-count packs, so a single order covers weeks of brewing.

  • Cleaner Cup

Bonded, thicker papers like Chemex and Cafec Abaca+ trap more oils for a brighter, cleaner cup.

  • Every Method Covered

V60, Chemex, Kalita Wave, Moccamaster, Clever Dripper, and AeroPress all have their exact match on this shelf.

  • Roast-Matched Papers

Cafec's T-83, T-90, and T-92 papers are tuned to dark, medium, and light roasts, so extraction stays balanced.

  • Fresh Stock, Always

We track filter inventory closely so you are never stuck brewing on the last three sheets.

Bleached vs. Unbleached, and Why It Matters

Bleached filters go through an oxygen process that strips the natural paper taste before it ever touches your brew. Unbleached filters skip that step and can carry a faint papery note unless you rinse first. Most of what we stock runs bleached for a cleaner baseline. Rinse before you brew either way.

Size Is Not a Suggestion

A Cup1 filter forces water through a smaller bed and extracts differently than a Cup4 filter working through a wider one, even with the same coffee. Cafec sizes its papers by cup count for exactly this reason. Always match the filter size to your dripper size, not just the brand.

One Shape Does Not Fit Every Dripper

A V60 cone filter, a Kalita Wave filter, and a square Chemex filter are not interchangeable, even between brands that look similar. Wrong shape means channeling, uneven extraction, or water bypassing the grounds entirely. Check your dripper model before you buy replacement paper. This list is exactly where to look.
