Tucked away in the Huehuetenango highlands, these beans grew at a breathless 1700-1800m. We selected this washed lot from our partners at HAYB because it captures the vibrant Guatemalan terroir, offering a wilder, fruitier alternative to your standard Brazilian beans.

The taste:
