The story:
Terra is one of two Profiles our partners at La Cabra keep running year-round, built to taste the same no matter which harvest is behind it. Right now that means a natural lot from Geraldo Miranda's Santa Cecília farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil, blended with a natural lot from Danche, near Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The lots change with the seasons, but the character they're built to hit never does.
The taste:
Soft chocolate leads the way, backed by real depth and a ripe, fruity sweetness that keeps things from tasting flat. This is the deeper, grounding cup of the two Profiles, built for body over brightness, round and settled from the first sip to the last. Comforting rather than showy, and better for it.
The feeling:
Terra was built for a Clever Dripper, comfortable and consistent, or a sweet, round espresso if you're leaning into flat whites. It plays just as well with milk as it does black. This is the everyday cup, the one you reach for without thinking twice.
