The story:
Swedish Christmas Coffee has been part of the Gringo Nordic range since 2019, and the 2026 version is an update of the classic blend. It combines Brazil Irmas Pereira Yellow Bourbon, Kenya AA and Rwanda Nyamurinda. Our partners at Gringo Nordic roast it by hand to medium dark in Gothenburg, for a full and aromatic result.

The taste:
A soft and well-developed cup with clear notes of dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. The three origins are roasted together into a smooth and rounded profile, developed enough to bring out sweetness without losing the character of each coffee. The result is a full-bodied, flavorful and balanced blend with a warm, rounded finish that feels familiar and comforting.

The feeling:
Brew it in a V60, Chemex or Clever Dripper for a generous cup that works from the first advent coffee to the last day of the holidays. A reliable choice for family gatherings, cold mornings and the table full of cinnamon buns and gingerbread. Make a big pot and let everyone help themselves, with plenty of time to enjoy it.
