Sourced from the breathless altitudes of Peru and Ethiopia, our partners at Gringo Nordic crafted this organic masterpiece. At 1700-1950m, these beans developed a natural resilience and concentrated sweetness. We selected this blend because it bridges South American structure with the wild, floral soul of African coffee.
