Mama Sierra comes from the high mountains of Antioquia, Colombia, grown at 1900 to 2200 m from Caturra by a group of women producers working toward quality and economic independence. The washed process and the altitude give a clean, sweet and precise cup. Our partners at Ditta Artigianale roast it to order in Florence for both pour over and espresso.
The taste:
Vanilla and wildflower honey open the cup, followed by juicy yellow plum. The body is silky and the finish long and lingering, while the profile stays clean, sweet and precise.
