The story:
This year's Christmas coffee from our partners at DAK is Sticky Pudding, a Bourbon grown at 2000 MASL in Huila, Colombia. It is produced by CATA Reserva together with a community of producers. The cherries are co-fermented with cinnamon, cardamom, mandarin and cherry, then activated with yeast, which makes it a playful, festive limited edition.

The taste:
Expect warm cinnamon and cardamom wrapped around a fresh, almost forest-like note of fir. It smells and tastes like Christmas, with the spices leading the way. Think of a spiced holiday treat, only brewed as filter coffee. It is a festive experiment, so it is spicy, aromatic and unapologetically seasonal.

The feeling:
Brew it in an AeroPress or V60 and let the spices open up as the cup cools. This is for anyone who wants Christmas in the cup, or a festive gift for a coffee lover who has tried everything. Quantities are limited, so grab a bag before the season passes. If you prefer classic, clean filter, pick another bag.
