Sourced from the central mountains of Honduras at 1100m, these Catuai and Parainema beans are a sweet revelation. Our partners at COFFEE PLANT selected this washed lot from the COHORSIL coop, where 40 years of expertise ensures a clean, high-density bean with zero fuss.
